Your brief is stored securely and read only by the studio. If we are not a fit, we delete what you sent within 30 days. We operate under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and, where relevant, the GDPR.

What happens next

After you hit send.

    You get an instant acknowledgment email with a copy of your answers.

  2. 02

    Within a working day, we read it ourselves.

  3. 03

    Within five working days, we respond. Yes, with a first thought. No, with a recommendation.

  4. 04

    If we are a fit, we book a 60–90 minute meeting, in person (or video if you are abroad). We build a rough prototype first. You see it when we sit down.
